Our factory machine
Laminated Glass Cutting
This is our laminated glass cutting machine from INTERMAC at Italy. We use this cutting machine to cut laminated glass from big size to smaller sizes, such as we can cut 3660 size to 1830, 1220 and 915 automatically. We can cut 3+3, 4+4, 5+5 ect diffeent thickness and sizes. After cutting, there is a static powder spray machine to spray interlayer powder on glass surface and stacked automatically also. .
Laminating Packing and Loading
This is how we pack our laminated glass. We use end cap plywood crates to pack our laminated glass. There are desiccant in PE film which covered glass to avoid the humidity during ocean freigth. There are two steel belt at each end of crate to ensure the safe for loading and unloading. we can load common plywood package / A-frame / endcap into kinds of containers(20GP/OT/OC/OH&40 container).
Aerial crane loading 20OC
This is our non-dust workshop, glass and PVB interlayer are composed here. The temperature is controled at 20~25℃, humidity rate is controled at 25~30% for all the working time. Two sheet glass can be aligned automatically. After composed, laminated glass also can be stacked automatically piece by piece to avoid any scratch on glass.

We keep a close cooperative relationship with the famous pvb film brand and famous float glass producer, such as JINGJING GLASS, TAIWANGLASS, SGC etc and Decent, S-lec, Saflex etc. The materials we use for laminated glass is the top quality, our laminated glass can compete with those in top rank.
At present, our capacity is 60000-100000M2 every month, we export 40-50 containers to UK, ITALY, SPAIN, USA, PUERTO RICO. Many clients, we cooperate with each other more than 10years.

We can cut into small size and polished circle edge. The mini width we can polish is 68mm, polished edge very beautiful.
Packing and loading
We have advanced aviation cranes and forklifts and skilled workers. We can proficiently load the glass into kinds of containers, such as 20OT, 20GP, 20HC, 20OC, 40OH etc.
